Really lovely pub. Dog friendly. The calamari and batatas bravas were delicious, well cooked, spiced and tasty. The fish and chips were also really good. Had La Chouffe Belgian beer on tap. Nice big location with plenty of seating inside and out.

I love Telford, such a wonderful building an really quiet spot overlooking the canal basin and just off the walls. There a a huge range of great beers on tap and in the fridge and a really good selection of fresh and very tasty food. The butchers sausages, mash and gravy were cut above the usual fare at other pubs. The gravy was absolutely incredible. We sat outside on the many tables, while it was still warm enough and then moved in by the huge windows and watched the comings and going of the narrow boats.

This was a last-minute stop for lunch whilst cycling along the canal towpath. The weather was great, the view was fantastic, but most of all, the food was absolutely delicious and a credit to the chef. Thank you.

One of the best pub meals I've experienced. Staff were fab can't praise them enough . They even put on my pudding plate congratulations for passing as a nurse . Food was great , they even impressed my dad which is hard since he's a chef. A strong five stars , appears to be safe for LGBT

I can't think of another pub in the UK that has a working crane in the middle of the floor, it's quite unique. You can see from the outside where the barges would float in below the warehouse and the crane would pull the goods up to the 1st floor. Normally come here when we've finished a walk from Ellesmere port having walked all the way down the canal. It's a nice place to finish a walk as they have a great selection of real ales and beers. Theres so many it's difficult to select your pint sometimes. Update, I tried the food today and had a chicken and bacon baguette. Nice meal and good value for money.

The Telford warehouse is a very nice place indeed. It's quite large, but not boring. There is a sort of open plan feel, however when we were here one area was sectioned off for what appears to have been a party. The way that this was done was very nice for the guests and those not in that group. There is local parkingbon site, but not a lot you may need to park in the local carpark if you cannot park here. Food was excellent, well presented hot and of a quantity that would not disappoint even the most hungry persons. The drinks selection is huge, bso I speculate that there will be something for everyone. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. The old quirky signs on the walls hint of bygone times (the term motorcar is used on one) Spot on! There is plenty of seating, but from experience a phone call ahead of time is likely to be better for ensuring a table is available. Bathrooms are down some steps. A most excellent place to eat and drink for sure.

What a great pub, right on the canal you can tell by the photos the weather was great so only a few people that were inside in the shade but a great pub, with music with a DJ,live bands and also quiz nights, they also have umbrellas outside if you wish to drink out there to give you some shade.

Great ambience and river view. Through fully enjoyed our visit. They do serve luxurious The Balvenie 21yo whiskey and the price is 3-4x times cheaper than in any other bar I’ve been to. It already makes it worth a trip even from another town.
